I get error in the Parallels Tools Installation

We upgrade to Parallels 11 and Windows 10 and everything ran fine.

When I received the update before 11.1.2 the shared folders stopped to work and the I got error at the end of the installation process of Parallels Tools.

I wait to a new update that i received today (11.1.2) but the error persist.

I can't access the shared folders like Home and I can't finalize the installation of Parallels Tools.
