I just purchased a new license and it says my account has not been renewed

    Hello,

    Work just got me a new license but i am stll unable to use it, it says that my license has expired and has not been renewed.

    Please help.

    My company's IT team has bought a new license in Parallels as the previous installation had a default expired license. Our IT team registered it in a different email.

    The problem that we have now, is that when registering the license, we get the message that the license is already in use by another email address. Can you help me with this?

    Can I register the newly purchased key associated with my old account?
