I need help in upgrading to Parallels 12

I purchased last Nov 25, 2016 a Parallels Desktop 12. By the time, I input the activation key it needs the previous version's activation key. After a month of finding the previous activation key's copy, still can't find it. Maybe it was thrown away or whatsoever. Can someone from Parallels help me?

Hey, we've sent you key in private messages. But we've only find the Parallels Desktop 9 license, and according to the Tech Guarantee
only Parallels Desktop 10 and 11 users are eligible for the upgrade price.
In this case we can suggest you to get a refund for your Parallels Desktop 12 upgrade key and then purchase the full version.
