I need support for the licenses I just purchased

    I just purchased two licenses for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year)
    The two users are unable to active them. When I try to get support at https://my.parallels.com/support/ it says i need to upgrade to a subscription.
    I am completely confused with what's going on here and need to speak to a human representative.
