I purchased the subscription, but...

    Hello, I have a problem about the subscription.
    I had a 3months trial subscription for students but It expired few days ago.
    So I purchased the permanence subscription and registered the key, but it does not work.
    The expire notice still pops up when I turn on Parallels.
    There are my important files on the past Paralles, so I can't reinstall.
    Please help me, I'll be waiting for the reply.

    Hi, did you try to click on "renew" button once this pop-up message appears? If yes, which window you get?
    I've found your permanent key in your account, and it has been activated.
    You can also try to quit Parallels Desktop app and restart your Mac, and then restart Parallels Desktop once again for check.
