I think I was charged for both a regular subscription and a pro subscription

My Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition subscription began on August 17th, 2023. Later on, deciding that the standard version wasn't enough, I opted for a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition subscription on September 23, 2023. I thought I merely upgraded my former standard edition subscription to a pro one and was only charged the difference between these two. However, it appears that I have 2 different subscriptions. Recently, my standard edition subscription automatically renewed on August 17th, 2024. I recently renewed my pro subscription. However, it appears that I was charged for both the standard edition and the pro edition even though I'm only using one of these. Can I please receive a refund for the standard edition? Or is it too late? I made sure to turn-off auto-renew for the standard edition subscription. I thought I had merely upgraded my original subscription and therefore didn't realize that I had 2 separate subscriptions. Can this issue please be resolved? Thank you for your time and consideration.
