Can anyone help me through this return policy? I can't find out how to file for a return online anywhere, but I did read that any purchase of Parallels within 30 days of the date of purchase you can submit for a return, can anyone help me out?

It's not performing at all like I'd hoped it would.

I should be entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchasing Parallels, I need information about the next step please and thank you.
