Icon previews don't show after running Parallels Clean Drive

My Mac is unable to show icon previews after running the Parallels Clean Drive function and I don't know how to fix it because the advice online is to delete the system file com.apple.finder.plist and restart the computer.
But com.apple.finder.plist is not in the Library/Preferences folder and when I restarts the computer it doesn't recover.
So what do I do now?
 
Problem solved. Just started Activity Control and force quit com.apple.quicklook.ThumbnailsAgent then just restarted Finder and the problem was solved.
