Icons of Windows application appear repeatably on my dock

Hi,

I use Parallels desktop 5 in full screen mode.

I noticed that when I go back to OS X, the icons of the applications I used under Windows appear on my dock tons of times.

I am attaching an image of my dock.

All of the icons (the Internet Explorer and the round blue ones) have "Force Quit" option when I right click them.

Any recommendations?
