Has anyone else had problems with desktop icons being scrambled after leaving full screen mode in the guest os?

My host os is xandros 3 with the 2.6.11 kernel, guest os is windows xp.
I contacted support and was told this would occur if the guest resolution was higher then the host.

Both os have the same resolution, the lag time between support requests and answers is very long! I want to buy a full licesense but unless this problem is fixed i will have to look elsewhere for a vm.

Personaly I hate fullscreen mode and usually work in windowed mode. But few times I checked fullscreen under Windows XP primary OS and never had any problems like you described...

My primary os is xandros version 3, i haven't tried parallels in a windows os.

Seems like that would be backwards!

I can do that with SuSE 10 host @1600x1200 without a problem, but they are both set the same.

Don't mock those people who want to try Linux before they leave windoze. ;) ;) ;) ;)
