I'd like to refund my Pro Edition...

I have submitted a support case but never got response. I upgraded to Pro Edition, which i turned out to find it's only for RENT instead of permanent use.
I want to refund or change to permanent license with pro features. Thanks.
 
Hi, the Parallels Desktop Pro is available only as a subscription and the permanent edition of application is only Standard Parallels Desktop.
