Identify the license key owner

Hi,
I just joined my current company and need access to the admin portal as I'm managing IT licenses centrally. When I tried to register the license key, it is saying it is already registered.
We unable to identify who register the license key and to get access to support. Can someone help me on this?

Can I get someone to assist me on this? We recently purchased more licenses, but I don't have access to see my products. Can someone assist to add me as admin for my company license key?
