I'm getting black screen and no BIOS or booting Windows. HELP

I have MSI MPG B550i mobo and 2x16GB Steels Viper ram. My friend bought an used sets of ram for him and i wanted to test it on my setup and it worked, but after i set mine back i can't start my PC anymore. I thought it might start booting bios first and then Windows.

I've had before small issues sometimes that i couldn't get into BIOS with DisplayPort or HDMI, it was only accessible with DVI, but sometimes worked also with DP.

I've thought also that i might killed my rams with esd, but i hope it's not an issue here. What can i do? Any help?
