I'm not able to use my license on my new Mac....

    My old Mac has a display problem, thats why I bought a new machine.
    I used the Migration Assistant to move all data from the old to the new Mac.
    When I start Parallels, I get the message that I have reached the activation limit.
    I'm not able to free the license on my old Mac, not in my Parallels account and not using the command prlsrvctl deactivate-license
    I have created a support ticket on 2021-07-13 21:02:26 with the number 2997497 but have not had any reaction.
    I need parallels to work for my daily business!

    Please help....
