image too big - no snapshots visible

Hi there,
I am Using Parallels 17, only 1 VM (Windows 10 Pro). my parallels image is 460 GB but my data in Windows might be some 80-120 GB max.
When trying to change HDD settings there's a message stating I can't change since there are snapshots. when going to snapshots, there are no snapshots that I can see.

any suggestions?

I'm disappointed there was no idea how to solve the problem.
had to delete the whole thing an reinstall windows. now the image is 90 GB
