Image Tool - Where is it??

The support site says the Parallels Image Tool should be in the Applications/ Parallels folder but it's not there! Everything else seems to be there; Desktop, Explorer, Transpoter etc.

Please can someone tell me where it should be, I need to expand the XP HDD image.
 
I'm looking for the same thing. My XP drive is full and I need some more space. Perhaps this tool was integrated in some new way? I can't find any reference to expanding the hard disk in the manual.
