Impossible to launch Windows

ello,

I discourage to get back my virtual record(disk) Windows 7-64 under Mac El Capitan.
In the launch, Windows puts itself in fashion " automatic repair ", but the tool of restart system fails.
I tempted the commands CHKDSK and SFC / SCANNOW but without managing to launch them. I have neither backup nor any restoration. Is it there a way in repairing Windows with the disk of installation in ISO?
I tried an update of Windows since the VIRTUAL CD but it does not work either.
I would have liked testing the options of starting up (with safe mode) but I do not manage to show while pressing on F8 ?

Try to enter into Windows safe mode by following the article.
It would be great if you could share us the screen shot of the Windows boot error.
