impossible to use snap in with this version of windows

Just bought : win 10 (home edition) to install on Mac with PARALLELS 12 . I have a Microsoft account but is impossible to add it to the virtual machine . I cannot use any app on WIN 10 virtual machine with the administrator account.

When I try to add an account this is the answer : "impossible to use snap in with this version of windows"...

Any solutions ?

SOLVED : I've added manually a new user by cmd windows . Then I've connected the new user I've created to my microsoft account . Everything is working now.
