In-App Popup Windows Hide Behind Current Window in Parallels 27

I'm finding that since the update, popup windows in certain applications, ChessBase Fritz Playchess hide behind the current window, instead of coming to front as is normal and usual prior to the update. I have to click out of the app, say to the Mac Finder, then back into the app in order for the popup to be accessible.
 
I am getting the same issue. Using the keyboard button to show all windows - used other be Expose move I think - I can see all open windows and then I can select it. For me this is Access (I use that more than any other app so only notice in that) and is only in Coherence mode.
 
I have the same issue since the update (27 Pro Edition). Press Command-Tab twice brings the window to the front, but this is very annonying.

I have the same issue - new to Mac and Parallels, glad to see this looks like a bug. Thought it may have been how coherence mode just was.
 
Parallels has advised me to downgrade to the previous version until they fix the problem. I’ve done that and the problem is gone

We are aware of the issue where in-app pop-up windows hide behind the active window in Coherence mode on Parallels Desktop 27. Our Development team is actively working on a fix for an upcoming update.

In the meantime, please follow the workaround below to restore functionality by downgrading to Parallels Desktop 26.4.1:
1. Shutdown your virtual machine (Click on the Actions menu on top of the Mac menu bar > Shutdown)
2. Download and install Parallels Desktop 26.4.1 via the link https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v26/26.4.1-57516/ParallelsDesktop-26.4.1-57516.dmg
3. Launch your virtual machine > Parallels Tools installation shall begin automatically > once completed, please restart the virtual machine.

Lastly, you may subscribe to this article https://kb.parallels.com/en/131168 by clicking on the Get update button so that you are notified once the fix is released.

It would be nice if the current buggy version was removed as twice now I've received the update popup and thinking it was a new fix, installed it, only to realize it was the current buggy version and had to reinstall 57516
 
This is strange. I just got the pop-up on my Mac saying build 58670 is available. That's odd because I used to get the pop-up 58673 isavailable. Did they pull the 58673? I'm still not updating till they fix this coherence thing anyway.
