Since installing Lion my version of Parallels 6 has become nearly useless. Even typing this message my computer can't keep up with me. Trying to switch to an open program results in a 30-60 second delay.
I am running the parallel on a MacBook Pro with 2.53 GHz and 4 GB of 1067 MHz DDR3 ram. I know it shouldn't be doing this because it worked fine in the past.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
