Infinite loop

    When I try to log into the site for support I get an error that says my browser must be confirmed. When I ask for an email to confirm it, I receive an email with a link which I click that takes me to screen that says my browser has been confirmed. From there I log in to the site for support where I get an error that says my browser must be confirmed. When I ask for an email to confirm it, I receive an email with a link which I click that takes me to screen that says my browser has been confirmed.
