install DVB driver in win10 running in os x????!!!!

Hi
First of all sorry for my bad English
1-I installed Parallels in osx and now I'm running win 10 with it :D
2- low graphics resolution fixed with installing parallels tools :D
(everything is ok):)
3- I have a DVB skystar2 express HD in one of machine pcie sockets
4- is there any way that make it possible to active it's driver in parallel
