Install Manjaro for ARM in Parallels Desktop

As Manjaro for ARM doesn't (yet) come with an installer or live DVD (but only on a generic EFI image, in our case), there are some extra steps to do; as well explained here (and don't forget to install GRUB to the EFI directory, before rebooting):

Personally, I chose the KDE Plasma version of the latest Manjaro 25 for ARM...
