Install OS X Yosemite in VM: wrong password

I'm trying to install OS X Yosemite from the Recovery partition.
  • Running System (not VM): OS X 10.10.2
  • Parallels Desktop: 10.2.0 (28956)
I did the following:
  1. Parallels: create new VM
  2. from recovery partition
  3. OS X Utilities: Reinstall OS X
  4. Message 'To download and restore OS X, your computer's eligibility will be verified with Apple.': Continue
  5. Licence Agreement: Agree
  6. I have read...: Agree
  7. Select the disk shows Mac HD and Recovery HD: choosing Mac HD and select Install
  8. Message appears 'Signing in to App Store
  9. Sign in to download from App Store: entering my working username and password
    (also switched to German keyboard as I have a Swiss Mac, but it's neither working with US or German keyboard)
    --> '@' sign in username looks a bit strange but I guess it's because the installation does not support the retina display
  10. Now a message appears, that my account is disabled or that the password is wrong or that the account is locked
  11. When I logout and login again to App Store on my real OS X it works fine
Does anybody have an idea what's going on? Is this a Parallels bug? Am I doing something wrong?
