I've lost my Parallels Desktop 10 installation disck but have the key.

Perhaps there is anyone with download link where I can fix my problem?

Hello @FaustoC1. Please download the setup file for Parallels Desktop 10 from https://parallels.com/directdownload/pd10 and run the same to install the software (refer to this page for more assistance).
