Install Parallels Desktop Tools on Ubuntu 11 32 bit fails with seg fault

Seg Fault when trying to install parallels tools.

uname -m returns "i686" in this environment so installer tries to run the 32 bit version of the installer which seg faults on line 528

    "./install: line 528: 2782 Segmentation fault FLAG_CHECK_ASK="Yes" ...

really terrible user experience here. parallels needs to fix this asap.

    Parallels. Build 7.0.15054

I also get a seg fault on line 528. I'm using Parallels Desktop 7.0.15094 on Mac OS 10.7.3, on a 2010 iMac, and running guest OS Ubuntu 11.10. For me uname -m returns x86_64. Any ideas?
