I did not have a copy of Windows handy, so I used the trial license for ie11 with my Parallels 11 license. Downloaded 4gbs and everything installed fine. When I went to install a new app inside of the windows vm, the app replied that it would only run on 64 bit operating systems. I checked and in fact the install produced a 32 bit version of Windows 8.1.
a) Why? I am using 64 bit OSX.
b) Any solution? I need to be running 64 bit windows.
