Install Won't Advance to Vista DVD read

Bit poster
Does anyone have any suggestions for this situation? SW's support suggested I use ISO image instead of DVD, but that gives me same non-result.

I had the same issue when trying to install a bootcamp virtual image. The issue I had was that I had deleted my previous Windows XP virtual image improperly. Re-installing and even upgrading Parallels did nothing. But a friend and I found the fix.

1. Create a new user on the Mac
2. Login as that user and install Parallels.
3. Share the new user's library with your user.
4. Login as yourself.
5. Go to your Library and delete any references regarding Parallels under the Application Support folder
6. Go to the Library of the new user you just created and copy any references regarding Parallels into your Library in the same folders.
7. Restart Parallels

This should do it... Just remember to delete the new user you just created.
