Installation Issue

I recently purchased Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac and get the following message (see below) when trying to install Parallels. What are my options? Can I install Mojave? Do I have to install an older version of MacOS? Will this affect my current VM's?

Hello ChrisG15, Kindly go ahead and upgrade the mac OS to the latest version Mojave which is completely compatible with Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac.
