4. Total Physical RAM- 4GB
5. Hard Drives- 1 500GB
6. If you are using a BootCamp configuration or not- No
7. Did you upgrade from a BETA- No
8. With what Build did the problem start- New installation
9. If Parallels Tools are installed- Not sure
10. Anything you have tried to get things working- repeating process
11. Anything specific about your set-up you think we should know- no
12. If you are crashing, upload some crash logs- NA
13. If you are getting an error message type it in and then attach a screenshot. NA
14. If you are having issues with a specific component (i.e. mouse, keyboard, monitor) tell us what it is. NA
I'm trying to install Parallels on a new iMac and can get to the point where it's reading the Windows CD and asking me to choose "enter" or "exit", etc. I am able to get the keyboard to work and then after a certain point, the keyboard no longer responds, even if I press the keys under the "virtual windows" screen.
Any ideas?
