Installed Last Update today and now Widows 10 Pro virtual PC screen is scrambled

    Installed Last Update today and now Widows 10 Pro virtual PC screen is scrambled
    Also, other desktops in in slow motion
    How to I fix?
    How do I revert back in older install

    Hi @ICS , please try Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools and let us know if that works.

    OK, I did this and it made it worst -
    Now when I start it I see "Preparing Automatic Repair" been show this for hours.
    Any other ideas? I'll gladly sent you Team Viewer access so you can see for yourself

    I too am having these screen artifacts, specifically when moving across desktops. I understand that this is a known bug - http://kb.parallels.com/en/123840
    However, this a huge bug since it essentially gives you a useless VM that you have keep suspending or restarting in order to use. To me this is an issue that should be top priority given the critical nature of the bug. Are there any updates on when this is planned for a fix?

    Hello @ICS , please install the latest update of Parallels Desktop 13.1.0 http://kb.parallels.com/111603 and please open virtual machine configuration http://kb.parallels.com/117287, go to Hardware Tab > Graphics > Advanced settings > 3D Acceleration = Direct X 9 or Disable,
    then restart Windows and check if it works.

    As for me, installing 13.1.0 WORKED!
