Installed Last Update today and now Widows 10 Pro virtual PC screen is scrambled

I too am having these screen artifacts, specifically when moving across desktops. I understand that this is a known bug - http://kb.parallels.com/en/123840
However, this a huge bug since it essentially gives you a useless VM that you have keep suspending or restarting in order to use. To me this is an issue that should be top priority given the critical nature of the bug. Are there any updates on when this is planned for a fix?

Hello @ICS , please install the latest update of Parallels Desktop 13.1.0 http://kb.parallels.com/111603 and please open virtual machine configuration http://kb.parallels.com/117287, go to Hardware Tab > Graphics > Advanced settings > 3D Acceleration = Direct X 9 or Disable,
then restart Windows and check if it works.

Yes, the issue persistsd with latest update, however following the directions in this post it appears to resolve the issue -
Hopefully patch will resolve issue altogether to make sure we can leverage DirectX in VM. Thank you.
