installed parallel 19 a lost windows access, please help

I installed parallel 19 today and after upda†ing it was not able to locate windows, if someone can help with that, thanks

Hello SandeepS5,

Kindly perform the following actions to locate your virtual machine.

1. On your host Mac, go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
2. Run the command:
open ~/Parallels
A new Finder window should open and display your current virtual machines.
3. Double-click on your Windows virtual machine to register and start your virtual machine.

If the issue persists, kindly collect a technical report at the moment of issue reproduction (
(click the Parallels icon >Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID as a reply to this post.
