installed parallels 9but it won't run .exe file

Hello,

I just bought Parallels 9 and Windows 8 online. I was able to install and activate Parallels, but now I can't get it to run the Windows8-Setup.exe That's the closest thing I have to an image file (my choices for installing Windows is to do it via migrating from a PC, not applicable in my case, or installing Windows from an image file.)

Any help greatly appreciated!

I know this might seem like a big hassle, but you can download an evaluation version of Windows (works for 90 days) just so you can follow the #2 of that KB and create the ISO from the EXE: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-8-1-enterprise

(The evaluation will come as a ISO file, please note that the evaluation version cannot be converted into a fully working Windows version, you'll still have to use the EXE you were provided to obtain the ISO)
