Installed Windows 7, looks a bit different, why?

Hi, I've just installed Windows 7, looks very cool, but it seems to look different than the examples on the site (in the Videos), and I can't preview windows, when I hold my mouse over an item in the task bar, it shows a list of items for it, not thumbnail previews like the video's on the site... is this anything to do with Parallels?

Hello Steelbom,

Indeed there is some feature named Aero, and for not it is not supported by Parallels Desktop. There some special driver required. Our development team is working on this issue and we plan to support it. Please check it in next updates for Parallels Desktop
