    inet6 :: 1 prefixlen 128 scopeid 0x10<host>

    I have the same problem. it is simple than that. just go to VM setting and pick a virtual network adapter type under advanced Settings..
    but after that, for unknown reason, I have to run `dhcpcd enp0s5` every time I reboot the VM..
    After spending a long time to figure out the graphic card stuff. I got everything work except parallels tools

    Did you add the new network to start on boot?
    I also can't get parallel tools to install. Still working though that.
