Installing IE6/7 Testing Images from Microsoft

Hi.

I have Parallels 4 and I'm trying to install the IE6/7 test images from Microsoft. I've used the Transporter to convert it to a working .hdd file but when I try to add a Virtual Machine, that's where I get hung up.

It keeps asking to install the operating system. If I skip it and try to run the VM, then I just get a hardware failure and it keeps prompting to start regularly or in safe mode.

I was under the impression that the test images already contained XP. How would I just set up a virtual machine without needing to install an actual OS. I don't have any installation CD's for XP.

The images do contain XP, and work in Microsoft's Virtual PC, the problem is that Parallels can't convert them (although it advertises it can).
