To simply summarize my problem: i own a product key to Paralells Desktop 17, attempting to install it on macOS catalina on an iMac forces me to install Verison 18, which will not accept my product key. IS there a way to resolve this ? I used the old download link i got with my initial purchase. From the way i see it, the service is currently refusing to let me use the product i have bought.
