Installing Parallels Desktop on MacOS Mojave 10.14

I am unable to install Parallels Desktop on my Mac. I followed the installation steps, but when I have to register my account I get an error as shown in the screenshot. It is the unable to connect to the server/internet error. Regardless, I clicked on the link in the pop-up box that contains the error and registered my account using the webpage that opens. However, after that I am still unable to install parallels and run windows. I would appreciate a quick turn-around or I would like a refund.

Hi, did you get any error after starting Parallels Desktop?
