installing parallels

    I am trying to reinstall parallels on my MacBook Pro after Apple had to reset my MacBook. I am struggling to install. Who I tried to reenter my product key it said it was already registered so that was ok. but so far it has taken 3 hours and still not installed. am I doing something wrong?
    I also have n idea what version parallels I have. I still do have my product key, however.
    and do I install parallels first before installing windows for Mac? I just can't remember.

    I haven't used Mac for quite some time, how do I take a screen shot on a MAC? All my stuff has been in storage for quite a long time while I was in hospital! I know how on PC but I'm using Mac.

    I am also concerned this download of parallels which now says an hour to go is the correct download. as mentioned above I don't remember what version of parallels I had installed on my Mac previously.

    Hi again, as I was concerned the download is complete but it says I can't use my activation key for the version I downloaded. As I said in my original post I couldn't remember the version I had installed on my Mac previously. please help urgently. this has now taken an entire day!! how do I find out what version of parallels I have?

    I can't please help this is so frustrating. I downloaded version 13 but it wasn't correct version and my activation key won't work. How do I find my version of parallels? this should not be so damn hard!! please help me.
