installing programs in parallel

hey guys!
i recently upgraded my self to 4.0.
my problem is, that i am trying to install office07 from a installation that i've got from the net. i get the error in the print screen i added.

and beside that, i think its connected to my question, why in the new parallel the desktop and the folder its contains are the same is my OS X and in my new windows desktop.

For second part - Configure - Shared Profile - deselect Enabled
For first part, are you installing from CD, if yes, CD is corrupted, if not copy CD content to VM and try installation again

thanks for the first part, works great
about the installation of the programs.. i am not installing from a cd, its from a library that i downloaded, and i did copy it to the desktop in windows (parallel)..
any idea?!

Copy it to folder on disk C:
if it still fails, download is incomplete or corrupted
