Installing Win XP over a network

I work for a University, and we've just bought Parallels Desktop. We also have an institutional license for Windows XP Professional.

The problem I have is that the University only allows us to install Windows over the network. You can initiate an 'unattended' installation on a new machine over the network, and it puts everything all on there for you. There are no physical XP disks available.

Is there a way for me to get Windows to run on Parallels Desktop using that method?
 
So, just to confirm, it is easy to install Windows without an actual CD. Presumably when we try to start the installation it will let me browse for some file instead, and that will be discoverable on the floppy drive, as you describe, via OSX, right?
 
No, I meant Using Windows RIS service
If you want to use Windows without CD, you need to have them still on CD, but it should not be bootable in case of using Microsoft Bootable images for Fdd
