Installing windows 8.1 on Parallels 9, its not working!

Hi I purchased Parallel 9, and installed windows preview. I then uninstalled windows preview, and purchased windows 8.1 key product from Microsoft website.

I am experiencing two problems:
1 - first one is that its telling me the key product is wrong!
2- second one is the windows screen is too small!!

I am totally new to this, but i just paid almost 200 to have windows work on my macbook. Please help!

I'm having a similar problem, I installed 8.1 preview and then 8.1 and even after entering product key, Windows 8.1 preview overrides newer 8.1 installation, VERY FRUSTRATING

I found a solution go to pirate bay dot org search for windows 8.1 iso download the most shared one and locate the file when using parallel its working perfectly now.

I am contacting Microsof for a refund as I don't need the product key anymore.
