internal error has occurred error 28

Hello, Sometime it show that my license is not synchronized and when I see in the log information there is an error: Failed to send license usage (Return code: 28. Body: null.).
when I try to sign in to my account to reactivate my license I get error message : internal error has occurred error 28.

@shibay unfortunately I cannot see the screenshots. Are you getting this error code after starting Parallels Desktop? Or maybe after the Windows VM start?

I'm getting this error after 15 min from windows starting there's no VM.

Did you try to turn off the firewall and check the issue once again?

of course, I turned off the firewall and antivirus software but still the same problem.
