internet connection missing

    when i go to activate my parallel 15 i have a message internet connection missing
    why?

    @RaffaeleF Hi, Third-party antivirus/firewall application blocks connection to the Parallels registration server. Please disable proxy settings in Mac System Preferences - Network - Active connection - Advanced - Proxy - disable the socks proxy.
