Internet works / login to gMail etc. not possible

Hello guys,

i need your help. I'm currently testing Parallels Desktop running Windows 7 on a macbook. Everything looks good so far except one problem: I can't login to certain websites. For instance I can't login to G-Mail, although all login credentials are valid.

Any idea how to fix this?

Hi duzkero,

While this issue seems to be related to the internet browser you are using, from Parallels Desktop side you can try changing the network settings to Bridged. Start the Virtual Machine > Click on Devices (in the Apple menu bar) > Choose Network 1 and change it to Default Adapter.

If it doesn’t help, I’d suggest to check your internet browser manufacturer knowledge base or forum for further advice.
