I have color vision deficiency, meaning I can't see some types of red, so I don't know if these menus are visible to others, but they are not visible to me.

On non-VM macOS(on MacBooks, Mac Minis, iMacs, et cetera), in :System Settings...:Accessibility:Display there are two settings I use to make it easier for me to see borders between different items on the screen(window borders, fonts, buttons, et cetera). These two settings are:
    • Increase contrast
    • Reduce transparency
I also enable those settings in virtual machines I set up, and have them enabled in Parallels.

I am using Parallels 18.3.0, with the update that my system just got today(although this was also an issue on the version of Parallels immediately before this update).

I use macOS in "light mode", because as someone who has difficulty with colors, "dark mode" makes it muchharder to see things on the screen.

The menus in the left side of the menu bar are only visible to me if I use dark mode with both of those settings disabled, but I would prefer to use light mode with both of those settings enabled. Your menus are illegible. I'm running Parallels 18.2.0 on a MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3.1. Without setting the accessibility options in my VM running Ventura 13.2, the menubar is purple with white letters, because of the picture I have as my wallpaper. And when I turn on those accessibility options, I have a gray menubar with black letters. I don't use dark mode because I find black text on white much easier to read than white text on black.
I did upgrade my Parallels to 18.3.0 this morning when I got notice about the new version. But 18.3.0 runs VMs like molasses on my MacBook Pro, and the folder sharing had problems too. As soon as I reinstalled version 18.2.0, the VMs I use were back to being speedy and the folder sharing works just fine.
