Invite Users option greyed out

    Hi Everyone, I have configrued my mailbox settings, like the mail server smtp ip and port but this option remains grey out ? I have tried sending a test email and it works. Can you help ?

    @BentonS Do you have any published resources (applications or desktops) configured? (via "Publishing" button on the left-side of the console)

    Ok , The button is not greyed out anymore. yes i do have published Desktops. What do I put in the value of public gateway ? Thanks so much jpc

    @BrentonS The RAS Administrator's guide's explanation is quite clear:
    "In the Public Gateway IP field, specify the RAS Secure Client Gateway FQDN or IP address. Please note that this can be a public IP address so it can be reached by a remote user."
