Invoice-link for the subscription renewal expired...

I need the invoice for the subscription renewal from 2023-12-09. I checked my mails for the invoice but only found update notifications. When I try to get it from my dashboard, it just opens a new tab saying the link is expired and a button to generate a new one. I used the it several times (with some time between) but never got that link via mail (checked spam too).

What to do?
