Invoking the Windows Start Menu from a Mac application?

I am running Windows 10 on a Parallels 18.2.0 VM. I need to activate the Windows Start Menu when pressing the Windows key on my Logitech Craft keyboard while in a Mac application. (This key is a dual-use key: It works as Windows Start Menu key in Windows and as ALT key on Mac). Is there a trick to achieve this?
