I'm thinking Windows might make me nuts
I'm running Parallels 6 (latest version), and while I'm not adverse to upgrading, I don't know that upgrading will FIX this, so I'm trying to see if there is a way to get this to work first in version 6.
I want to connect my iPad to my Windows 7 VM so that I can use Overdrive Media Console to sync some Library Audio Books to the iPad. When I connect my iPhone, it appears in iTunes in the Windows VM just fine. When I connect my iPad, I hear the beeps that say a USB device has connected to Windows, but the iPad never appears in iTunes, and thus cannot be seen by Overdrive either.
I suspect that this could equally be just an odd Windows phenomenon, with nothing to do with Parallels, but I thought I'd start here first.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Danita
